I'm now offering Alexander Technique sessions in my studio in Greenfield, MA.
You can book a private session here:
The Alexander Technique is a practice for unlearning somatic holding patterns and for shifting our perception toward the world. It looks at the ways our thinking and movement are interwoven, and finds access points to wider fields of attention and intuition. It's a simple way to get in touch with a subtle feeling and to carry that feeling into daily life. Each session involves light touch, slow movement, and talk.
